Susan Van Meter is a small town native Texan who moved to Tulsa, OK with her late husband, Robert in May of 1979. Most of her career was in accounting and in November 1989, Robert and she formed an instrument systems and calibration company, TechServ, Inc. On August 23, 1992 their son, Patrick was born, the only grandchild who is not a native Texan. In September of 99, they retired and moved to Cape Coral where they enjoyed the Floridian lifestyle along with home schooling their son and playing with their puppies. For about 10 years, Susan was her husband’s caretaker until Robert was called home on December 21, 2019. Beginning in 2020 Jesus began to ask, “Why are the smallest and weakest in the world important? Each is weak, each is unprotected, and each is of the highest value and worth to Me.” Thus, Susan’s new role in life was launched. Jesus eventually brought her to First Christian Church of Cape Coral where a new ministry, a pro-life ministry was starting. In June 2021, Camille asked (due to her husband’s illness) Susan to assume the leadership of John 10:10 Pro-Life Ministry.
